The Nipper, also known as NiPPER, is a starting weapon in World of Padman, along with Punchy. It has slow fire rate and low damage, however tapping the fire button is better than holding it because it can fire faster than the normal full-auto mode. It is only versatile for short-range use, due to low muzzle velocity, the Nipper is most effective at close range.
